Charles, Antoine and François Hincker collected quite a lot of information about the history of the Hin(c)kers. They compiled a family tree, which is available here in GEDCOM format, and here in HTML for you to browse online. The oldest know Hincker, and as such the root of this tree, is Louis Hincker.
